O ECOSSISTEMA SERGIPANO DE INOVAÇÃO – ATORES E LACUNAS

La innovación es un tema que ha recibido mucha atención por parte de la academia en los últimos años, debido intrínsecamente al incremento en el número de proyectos en los tres sectores de la economía, que forman parte de la agenda propuesta de Continentes, Países, Regiones, Estados, Microrregiones, Regiones Geográficas Inmediatas, Municipios y Distritos Brasileños. Si bien esta discusión también atraviesa los más diversos actores que trabajan de forma aislada o conjunta en determinados espacios públicos, privados y del tercer sector. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar el ecosistema de innovación del estado de Sergipe a partir de la comparación de la literatura científica y los resultados de la investigación empírica. El trabajo cualitativo se configuró como un estudio de caso, con muestreo no probabilístico, por cuotas. Como fuentes de evidencia se utilizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas, observación no participante, análisis de documentos, registro en archivos y artefactos físicos. Para la base teórica se realizó una revisión sistemática del concepto, actores y casos del ecosistema de innovación a partir del análisis de publicaciones en la base de datos Web of Science. Como técnica de investigación, se utilizó el análisis de contenido con la ayuda del software con licencia Nvivo 12 en el análisis de todo el contenido investigado. Como consideraciones finales, se señala que no existe ningún proyecto de iniciativa pública dirigido al desarrollo de la innovación en el estado de Sergipe. Algunas acciones del Valle del Caju, SEBRAE, Movimento Inova Mais Sergipe, Fapitec-SE y SergipeTec mueven el ecosistema de innovación, pero se observa que el estado tiene una estructura incipiente en cuanto a su ecosistema de innovación ubicado básicamente en las ciudades de Aracaju y São Cristóvão, con sin conexión con el interior del estado. UFS, UNIT e IFS, instituciones de educación superior en el estado, en los últimos años han estado tratando de implementar algunas acciones para incentivar el emprendimiento y la innovación, pero en general el ecosistema está en su etapa de nacimiento.
