TENDENCIAS INVESTIGATIVAS DE LA PARTICIPACIÓN DE LA MUJER EN LA INTENCIÓN EMPRENDEDORA: UN ESTUDIO BIBLIOMÉTRICO

Resumo

La literatura sobre la diversidad de género en las áreas de administración y creación de empresa se ha expandido significativamente en los últimos años, al igual que, la preocupación por mejorar las condiciones de las mujeres, sin embago y auqnue hay numerosas publicaciones acerca de la intención emprendedora en las mujeres, los estudios bibliométricos y de tendencias investigativas registrados son escasos. Estes estudio tiene como objetivo identificar las tendencias investigativas en la intención emprendedora por parte de la mujer a partir de un análisis bibliométrico. Este estudio bibliometrico se sustenta en la declaración PRISMA 2020 para revisiones de literatura, aplicandola a la producción académica de las bases de datos Scopus y Web of Science, mediante el Software VOSviewer para estimar indicadores bibliométricos de cantidad, calidad y de redes, así como un análisis de tendencia (vigencia y frecuencia) a las palabras clave. Los resultados indican que la literatura científica sobre intención emprendedora en mujeres presenta un importante crecimiento polinomial cúbico, siendo los años 2021 y 2022 los más productivos en el campo. Los principales referentes investigativos son los autores Chandran D. y Aleidi A., como los más productivos, así como Hills G.E. y Seibert S.E., como los de mayor impacto. Estos hallazgos también brindarían reflexiones a potenciales emprendedores para disminuir los desafíos en la creación y gestión de las empresas; y a los gobernantes, para planificar e impulsar investigaciones orientadas al desarrollo económico nacional.
