In order to achieve the proposed objectives, a study was carried out in two activities from different sectors, which presents different structural characteristics and CSR strategies adopted. It does not refer to the results found, including Alpha for displaying the Strategic Stage developed for Learning Capacity. Beta because it is in a stage that is considered to be in transition the Care Stage has a well-defined ability to interact, but due to its particularities, it begins to exhibit characteristics characteristic of the Capacity to Learn. Therefore, from this study it is possible to conclude that it is not an organization that needs to display only one stage or a capacity, it can display resources from two or more stages, as well as being in a transition phase between the display and display options. resources more than one capacity. Therefore, the Dynamic Capabilities of CSR or as it was called in this study Dynamic CSR is necessary when an organization goes through a process of maturing CSR issues and moves from one stage to another.
