O DESAFIO DA AUTONOMIA EM PROJETOS SOCIOAMBIENTAIS: A TECNOLOGIA DE GESTÃO DIALÓGICA

The creation of conditions for the development of autonomy is one of the main challenges to be faced by the dialogical management of socio-environmental projects. In this sense, management activities should seek to create basic conditions for the development of autonomy of the local community impacted by these projects. However, there is a lack of specific knowledge on how to apply the dialogical management of socio-environmental projects and how to face the challenge of autonomy that permeates the so-called “beneficiaries” of these projects. The objective of this research is to detail the dialogical management of socio-environmental projects and to propose a practical way of facing the challenge of autonomy in socio-environmental projects. The methodology is based on a multiple case study of social-environmental projects. The results of the research open up new ways to qualify, apply and improve the practice of managing socioenvironmental projects with a view to contributing to the development of practical resources and promoting the autonomy of the communities involved in these projects in the territories of incidence.
