A ergonomia como fator de otimização do processo industrial - um caso do setor metal mecânico da indústria calçadista

Resumo

Este trabalho apresenta um projeto que se caracteriza como pesquisa - ação tendo como foco a ergonomia macrorientada e participativa. Foi realizado em um setor de uma indústria do ramo metal mecânico, na região do Vale dos Sinos (RS). A demanda do estudo foi solicitada pelos setores de Gerência Industrial e Engenharia de Métodos e Processos desta indústria ao COERGO (Comitê de Ergonomia) e teve como objetivos identificar e intervir nos problemas ergonômicos ligados ao ambiente e postos de trabalho, assim como, identificar as causas das perdas no processo, mensuradas pelos índices de refugo e retrabalho. Pretende-se neste artigo, evidenciar a eficácia dos resultados obtidos através de ações conjuntas entre os setores envolvidos, viabilizando um trabalho multi, inter e transdisciplinar. Os resultados indicaram não somente a diminuição dos índices de refugo e retrabalho, como também a diminuição da dor e desconforto e, conseqüentemente, o incremento da qualidade de vida.

Abstract
This work presents a project defined as research - action focusing the macro oriented and participatory ergonomics. It took place in a section of a the metal mechanical line industry, at Vale dos Sinos (RS). The study was requested by the Industrial Management and Methods and Process  engineering sections of this industry to COERGO (Ergonomics Committee) and its objective was to identify and to intervene in the ergonomic problems related to the environment and work places, as well as, to identify the causes of the losses in the process, measured by the indexes of Refuse and Rework. The objective of this article is to evidence the effectiveness of the results obtained through joint actions among the involved sections, making a multi, inter and trans disciplinary work possible. The results indicated not only the significant improvement of the indexes of Refuse and Rework, as well as, the decrease of the pain and discomfort and, consequently, the increment of life quality.
