O ESTUDO DO CETICISMO NAS PESQUISAS DE MARKETING VERDE: UMA REVISÃO DE PUBLICAÇÕES BRASILEIRAS

Resumo

RESUMO

A presente pesquisa tem como foco entender como está sendo abordada a temática ceticismo com relação ao marketing verde nos principais periódicos e eventos brasileiros. Para tanto, a metodologia baseia-se em uma revisão sistemática da literatura nos principais veículos de publicação do Brasil, no período de 2013 a 2016, visando identificar a abordagem da temática. Na pesquisa os dados foram analisados conforme os seguintes critérios: autoria dos artigos e anos de publicação; objetivos dos artigos; literaturas abordadas; método de investigação; escala utilizada para a pesquisa. Verifica-se que: a relação pesquisada tem sido pouco investigada, e que não existe uma centralidade de autores sobre o assunto; as publicações de dois ou mais autores são predominantes; as pesquisas exploratório-quantitativas se destacam, e para mensurar o ceticismo em relação ao marketing a escala mais utilizada foi a elaborada por Obermiller e Spangenberg (1998). Conclui-se, referindo-se aos resultados, limitações e proposições dos artigos identificados, que o ceticismo apresenta impacta direto no comportamento do consumidor e que tem maior potencial de estudo no marketing verde.

ABSTRACT

This research aims to understand how it is being addressed the theme of skepticism toward green marketing in major Brazilian journals and conferences. Thus, the methodology is based on a systematic literature review in the main Brazilian journals and conferences, from 2013 until 2016, to identify as being the themes addressed. The survey data were analyzed according to the following criteria: authorship of articles and years of publication; objectives of articles; theoretical literatures; method of investigation; scale used for research. It presents that the searched relationship has been little investigated, and there is no centrality of authors on the subject; publications of two or more authors are prevalent; the exploratory and quantitative research stand out, and to measure the scepticism toward marketing the most widely used scale was developed by Obermiller and Spangenberg (1998). In conclusion, referring to the results, limitations and proposals of identified articles that skepticism have direct impacts on consumer behaviour, which can be further studied in the green marketing area.
