APLICACIÓN DE LAS REDES NEURONALES ARTIFICIALES PARA PREDECIR LA CREACIÓN DE VALOR DE LOS GERENTES EN CLUBES DEL FUTBOL AMATEUR

Las organizaciones deportivas pueden generar innovación en la medida que apropien la creación de valor; sin embargo, los clubes de futbol requieren intervenciones en su dinámica organizacional que les permita potenciar la generación de valor orientada a potencializar su desempeño y sus ventajas competitivas. Dada esta necesidad, surge este estudio con el objetivo de establecer la creación de valor de los gerentes en clubes de fútbol amateur a través de una metodología cuantitativa mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario a 305 directivos deportivos y administrativos de los equipos que conforman los clubes de fútbol amateur en Colombia. El análisis de resultados apoyado en redes neuronales artificiales -RNA con el fin de comprobar sus capacidades para el logro de la innovación y por ende aportar al desempeño organizacional. Entre los resultados se observa que la creación de valor por medio de nuevas capacidades afecta a la organización deportiva en la medida que el talento humano pueda ser capacitado para formular procesos novedosos en servicios e interactuar en la búsqueda de patrocinadores, socios y entidades con capacidades de crear valor. Además, contribuye para que la organización deportiva sin ánimo de lucro fortalezca su labor social, formando de manera integral a sus colaboradores, a sus clientes o deportistas, en su mayoría con carencias de diferente índole. De igual forma, la investigación ha comparado el efecto del individuo como elemento central para crear valor.
